Humpback Riesling

 

  • Grown in Western Australia’s Frankland region. The continental climate has cool nights, essential for Riesling.
  • Crushed, not pressed, the free-run juice was fermented dry, filtered and bottled. This is a lovely Riesling, with pronounced citric flavours.
  • There are some floral and mineral notes and silkiness in the mouth. It is a fine drink now, it should develop for up to ten years.
